What a fantastic week in Louisville! The RESO Conference gave us the perfect chance to reconnect with industry friends, partners, and customers. Between thought-provoking sessions, our MLS Billing reveal, a behind-the-scenes baseball factory tour, and a day on the Bourbon Trail, it was a week packed with discovery and fun.

Innovation & Celebrations
The conference was buzzing with ideas and energy. We were thrilled to share a sneak peek of our new MLS billing solution. Your enthusiasm and feedback on how it will simplify MLS operations were inspiring. If you want to take a look, let us know.
We also had a few celebrations of our own! A big happy birthday to Robert Luna, we loved celebrating with you during the event. And thanks to
Huge thanks to Jerry Legrand for being such a welcoming host in his hometown of Louisville. We’re also glad operation "get Rob Wagner to RESO" was a success, and that Beldon Panter caught his flight with his bag!
Exploring Louisville
Louisville proved to be an outstanding host, blending rich history with unmistakable Southern charm.
The Omni Louisville Hotel:
Our home base for the week, the Omni offered a beautiful and comfortable retreat right in the heart of the city.
Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory:
We had a blast touring the famous Louisville Slugger Museum and Factory, watching the iconic bats being crafted and laughing over the now-legendary “light saber–shaped bat.” We even gave a nod to the contagious energy of the Savannah Bananas!
Did you know Louisville Slugger produces around 1.8 million bats each year, roughly 3,000 full-sized bats per day, and during peak seasons like Spring Training, production climbs to nearly 5,000 bats daily?

The Ultimate Day on the Bourbon Trail
Our Bourbon Trail adventure was an unforgettable highlight of the trip, and the perfect way to toast another successful RESO! The Fall colors were bright and the horse pastures were a delight.
We were also joined by many of our amazing partners and sponsors, Broker Public Portal, RentSpree, and Restb.ai, who made the day even more memorable. Thank you all for your partnership and camaraderie!
Buffalo Trace Distillery: Luck was on our side with an early drop of Colonel E.H. Taylor, and we were even selected for the coveted large-group bourbon tour.
Castle & Key: We were captivated by the stunning grounds and castle-like architecture, complete with a sunken garden that felt straight out of a storybook. Thank you Dan Troup for the uber eats delivery!
Woodford Reserve: Our tour of Woodford Reserve took us deep into bourbon heritage, including its Scottish ties; the distillery once employed a Scottish scientist in the 1800s who introduced the sour mash process. The fermentation room gave off a warm, sweet aroma often compared to fresh banana bread. And yes, we got an up-close look at the barrel run, the series of tracks and ramps used to roll barrels between buildings.
Until Next Time
From thought-provoking sessions to shared laughter and new memories, RESO & Louisville gave us an unforgettable week. Thank you again to everyone who joined us, we’re already looking forward to the next one!
