Today, LERA MLS is proud to announce the launch of PCSready.org, a national home search portal specifically designed to meet these unique challenges with "MLS-grade" precision.

While the mission is focused on military relocation, the engine behind this initiative is a sophisticated suite of product enhancements developed throughout 2024 and 2025. As a product partner, Solid Earth has been systematically building the infrastructure—from enhanced search logic to secure authentication—that now allows LERA MLS to scale this national resource.

Building a National Gateway with the MLS

To support a nationwide portal like PCSready.org, the underlying technology had to evolve. Our recent release cycles have focused on three key pillars: Search Accuracy, Self-Service Management, and Deep Security.

1. Precision Search & Localization

To help military families moving to unfamiliar markets, we've implemented real-time search intelligence:

• Search Suggestions: Implemented on Property Archive and Jumbotron pages, providing real-time recommendations for cities and neighborhoods as users type.
• State Abbreviation Support: Crucial for a national portal, search suggestions now include state abbreviations to differentiate between cities with the same name across the country.
• Advanced Property Filtering: Admins can now curate specific listing sets—such as those near military installations—using sitewide "chips" to manage property visibility.

2. Empowering the "Military Relocation Professional" (MRP)

PCSready.org connects families with certified experts. Our recent CMS enhancements allow these professionals to manage their digital presence without technical bottlenecks:

• Self-Service Website Creation: Super Users can now create and configure new websites directly in the CMS, accelerating the "time-to-live" for specialized landing pages
• Page Setting Flexibility: Users can now manage SEO metadata, URL slugs, and social media preview images directly, ensuring that localized resources for bases like Fort Sam Houston or Lackland are easily discoverable.

3. Security-First MLS Architecture

Because military families handle sensitive relocation data, we’ve modernized our authentication stack:

• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): We've added a layer of protection with 6-digit email passcodes, bringing our tools in line with modern security standards.
• Login Recovery: Authorized Admins can now generate one-time "Share Login Links" to help members regain account access instantly during time-sensitive moves.

As LERA MLS scales PCSready.org, Solid Earth is already working on the next wave of infrastructure. Upcoming priorities include Stripe billing integrations for automated account management and the CMS Visual Editor to give organizations even more creative control over their local content.
