Biannual Inflection Point, NAR Annual Expo

Twice each year we come together with other leaders in the industry and our customers to swap ideas and show off new features and products. This year is no exception and the Spring Team is rolling out two new concepts. First, a quick update on the Spring project.

Since 2013 Spring has been selected by dozens of markets. Currently, the customer list includes Dallas, San Diego, New England, Indianapolis, Birmingham, Baton Rouge, El Paso, Mobile, Apalachicola, Tuscaloosa, NW Mississippi and there are several in the works. The network is approaching 10 million pageviews each month and is generating leads and ad revenue as designed. Some customers exceed 300% ROI and some are approaching positive cash flow while delivering an effective brand vehicle at the same time.

On Saturday this year our CEO Matt Fowler is on stage at the Hyatt showing off Spring as a user interface for AMP, the Advanced Multilist platform from Realtor Property Resource and NAR. The Spring project was built for this kind of plug and play so configuring the product for AMP was a natural step. With Spring, any local MLS can plugin to AMP for the MLS content and into any other datasource to create a special, unique local experience for members. It really is the best of both worlds.

Come Saturday and see Spring search, sort, display and even update MLS data on the AMP platform. Solid Earth will demonstrate a site configured to support an entire MLS, like the markets listed above, and also a new broker site, designed to support a broker as their company website. It truly is a new age in real estate tech.
