Solid Earth Scores Big Texas Win: MetroTex

Huntsville, Alabama February 17, 2014 Solid Earth, Inc has been selected in a national competition to deliver the Spring Portal to the professional members of the leading Realtor(R) Association in North Texas: MetroTex. The site will be hosted at a new brand to be launched by the MetroTex Association in conjunction with the new Spring portal’s release. The site will upgrade and extend the existing platform now at www.dfwrealestate.com.

Solid Earth and MetroTex together have identified major strategic goals to be accomplished with the new site including: Ease of Use for both Consumers and Professionals; SEO and SEM Management, Lead Generation and Management, and Advanced Mobility. To accomplish these goals, MetroTex selected Spring to provide an interactive public portal providing visitors with clean, simple access to MLS listing inventory. When the site is launched this spring, consumers will have access to listings, high resolution photos, maps, points of interest, GreatSchools.org rating data, affordability ratings, driving directions and more. Professionals have these features as well plus they gain access to proprietary mobile friendly CMAs, social media sharing, curated collections and tons of site-wide analytics including real time web traffic and referring site analysis.

Spring also features a simple, affordable, responsive IDX option for Companies and Agents called Downstream IDX. The service is optimized for WordPress and other popular web platforms commonly used by real estate agents.
