The Emerald Coast Association of REALTORS and Solid Earth have released a new consumer-facing property search application optimized to work with smartphones such as iPhones, Blackberries and phones running on the Android operating system from Google.
There is also a new agent-facing application available exclusively to members of the Emerald Coast MLS. The new agent app allows subscribers to save prospects in the LIST-IT MLS from their desks and then retrieve them in the field. Agents can also save search parameters for prospects and run those searches from their PDAs. The two applications are closely tied to the underlying LIST-IT MLS technology that powers the main MLS system so the data is always in sync.

The new Mobile apps are propagating throughout the 26 city LIST-IT network one-market-at-a-time. Solid Earth estimates that all markets will have the new apps in about nine weeks.
