January 28, 2010 – The Monmouth Association of REALTORS, publishers of www.monmouthoceanmls.com and providers of support and services for approximately 10,000 real estate professionals in the Monmouth and Ocean County areas in New Jersey have renewed their LIST-IT Agreement for MLS Services through 2015. The Monmouth system was Solid Earth’s largest customer when it was built in 2005 and it remains the Company’s largest customer. At the time of renewal, the LIST-IT system in Monmouth featured over 16,000 properties for sale worth over $6.9 billion dollars.
